Narrowing it down

The reason for feeling down

For believing some or many are worse and therefore will be eternally down

Is sibling rivalry

It's the early learned belief that love need be vied for externally

It's seeking the parents love, instead of feeling it internally

It's a competition thing

A forgetting

That inviolate essence perfectly exists, already, in everyOne and thing

And need not

Indeed cannot

Be searched for or lost

And knowing this

One becomes aware of and lives

His/Her All that Is
