Habits only have a hold

As long as one chooses to hold

And so

Freedom's answer lies in letting go

Or

Learning from how it was before

Through held belief one changes and grows

Concurrently flows

Either way

Whatever be the way

For sure, it's all in Y/Our hands

Or not, as it were; for like the song goes, "He's got the whole world in His hands"
